Blues Reserves Face Arsenal

Blues' second string will be participating in the Barclays Premier Reserves League South this season and their campaign gets underway with the visit of Arsenal Reserves to St Andrews tonight (Tuesday), kick-off 7pm.

Arsenal's second string began their season last Monday evening with a 3-0 home win against West Ham United.

The last time the two side's met at Reserve team level was on the 21st January 2008 when Blues gained a narrow 2-1 win against The Gunners Reserves at St Andrews courtesy of goals from the now departed duo of Mikael Forssell and Daniel De Ridder.

* Blues Reserves' home games for season 2009-10 will be played at either St Andrews or Solihull Moors' Damson Park ground. *
