Blues suffered a scare after only 25 minutes of the game when Emile Heskey limped off with what looked like an ankle injury although latest reports suggest that the injury is not too serious.

Julian Gray opened the scoring on 44 minutes and Njazi Kuqi sealed the win with a headed goal 20 minutes from time.

Blues: Maik Taylor (Vaesen h/t), Tebily, Upson (Bruce h/t), Martin Taylor, Gray, Pennant, Johnson, Clemence, Anderton (Forssell 69), Heskey (Kilkenny 25), Kuqi.

The second game of the Norway tour will be against Premier League outfit Viking Stavanger on Saturday.
