"It was one individual out of 40,000 people.
"But it is sad that I am sat here after a great victory talking about something like that and all the crowd scenes.
"We thought we had got rid of all the crowd problems over the last 20 years but there are signs that it may be creeping back in, although the vast majority behaved impeccably."
