Clarets boss Steve Cotterill told his clubs official website that he believes that Blake has now played his last game for the Lancashire club although that was not today as he was not selected for their Championship game against Leicester City which was abandoned after just 19 minutes due to heavy rain at Turf Moor.

The Burnley boss confirmed that Blake is due for talks at St Andrew's on Tuesday.

Blake has now only to agree personal terms and pass a medical for him to complete an estimated £1.5million move and should be a Blues player before next weekend one would expect.
