The Sky Blues booked their place in the last four with a 1-0 away win against Southern League Midland Division outfit Stourbridge United on Tuesday night.
Blues progressed to the semi final stages with a 3-0 quarter final home win against Willenhall Town a fortnight ago.
Blues will now entertain the Sky Blues in the semi final at Solihull Borough's Damson Park ground on a date yet to be confirmed.
The other semi final tie will be between Redditch United and Walsall.
