Blues played two 50 minute games (25 minutes each half) at the Wasserwerk Stadium in Weiden.
The first game saw Blues beaten by FC Erzgebirge Aue through a last minute goal from the German Second Division side after a howler from keeper Nico Vaesen.

In their second game, a 3rd/4th place play off against local side SpVgg Weiden, who had earlier lost to Bohemians Prague, manager Steve Bruce made changes to the starting eleven and Blues sailed into a 3-1 half-time lead with goals through Stern John (2) and Clinton Morrison.
Andrew Barrowman grabbed a fourth for Blues in the second half to seal a comfortable 4-1 win.

A friendly against Ulm on Friday night has been pencilled in for Blues' final game of the tour.
