The Blues striker joined Forest on loan for the remainder of the season at the beginning of March and media reports this week had suggested that he was returning to St Andrews to undergo treatment on a knee injury which he has struggled with for most of the season.
However, Blues boss Alex McLeish has confirmed that McSheffrey, who has made just 4 appearances for Forest during his five week loan spell at the City Ground, will be staying with the Championship struggers until the end of the season as was originally agreed between the two side's.
