And, the decision not to allow Hughes to go on loan to Millmoor seems to have upset Millers boss Ronnie Moore
"Sometimes these clubs forget where they've come from," Moore told Rotherham's official website.
"I wonder if a bigger club had asked for the player on loan he would have been allowed to leave.
"Sometimes I think just because it's little old Rotherham, the clubs don't want to know. But we will keep on trying."
