O'Connor Deal Agreed?

A statement on the Russian club's website indicate's that the 24-year-old Scotland international striker will join Blues for an estimated £2.65miliion on a two-year contract, subject to a medical.

"Lokomotiv FC wishes to thank the striker for his high professionalism, hard work on the field and for the goal in the Russian Cup final," a statement on the Locomotiv website reads.
