The game at Hillsborough on Saturday, August 4th had been in doubt following severe flooding to the home side's pitch last month meaning the Owls had to relay their playing surface. "With new turf due to be installed, the club has been assured that the playing surface will be ready for the only pre-season friendly at Hillsborough."
"The club have been working hard to repair damage," a statement on the official Owls website reads.
