The 22-year-old winger pleaded guilty to the charges of drink driving, driving while disqualified and driving while uninsured at Aylesbury Magistrates Court.
Sentencing was deferred until March 1st.
Pennant, whom Blues have signed on a season long loan deal from the Gunners, could now make his first appeance in the home game against Southampton on Wednesday night.
