Taylor Red Card Upheld

Blues have failed in their bid to have rescinded the red card that Maik Taylor received against Plymouth Argyle.
The Blues keeper was controversially dismissed by referee Mike Oliver for what was deemed a professional foul on Argyle striker Jamie Mackie 23 minutes into the 1-1 draw at St Andrews on Easter Monday.
Blues lodged an appeal against the sending-off but the Football Association have somewhat surprisingly upheld the decision claiming that no "serious and obvious error had been made" by the referee!
Taylor will now be forced to serve an automatic one game ban and will miss Blues' away game against Watford this coming Saturday.
