The young keeper, who this week returned to St Andrew's after a four month loan spell at Millwall, has been forced to pull out of Don Givens' squad because he has a knee injury.
Blues however will still have two players representing the Republic with Marcos Painter and Alex Bruce in the squad for the two UEFA European Championship qualifiers in Azerbaijan on 11th May and again in Kilkenny seven days later.
