The Blues striker, who bagged three goals for the Finland 'A' side during their two game tour of the middle east last week, has been named in the Under 21 squad for the Group One game against the Czech Republic in Mlada Boleslav on Friday, 25th March.
Kuqi scored on his last outing for the Finland Under 21 side in their 2-0 friendly away win against Austria earlier this month.
