Chris Foy Refs Bolton Game

Last updated : 03 April 2006 By Brian Cartlidge
Blues have already had the pleasure of the Merseyside-based official taking charge of two of their league games so far this season.

The last time Chris Foy refereed a Blues game was in our 5-0 home win against Portsmouth on 21st January. Damien Johnson was the only Blues player booked on that occasion.

Chris Foy had also taken charge in our 1-0 defeat to Arsenal at Highbury back on 2nd October 2005. Blues skipper Kenny Cunningham was sent off that day whilst Stephen Clemence picked up a yellow card.

In total Chris Foy has taken charge of 15 Premier League fixtures so far this season in which he has handed out 45 yellow cards and 5 reds.

Mr D Bryan and Mr B Sygmuta will be Chris Foy's assistants for the game at St Andrew's on Tuesday night.
