Mark Halsey Refs Everton Game

The Lancashire-based official has already taken charge of two Blues game so far this season whist he has been the man in the middle for three Everton fixtures during this campaign.

The last time Mark Halsey took charge of a Blues game was in our 3-1 League Cup home defeat to Manchester Utd on 20th December 2005. Damien Johnson was the only Blues player booked during that game.

Mark Halsey had also taken charge of our 1-0 home defeat to Charlton Athletic back on 10th September. No Blues players were booked at St Andrew's on that occasion.

The last time Mark Halsey took charge of an Everton game was in their 2-2 home draw against Sunderland on 1st April this year. No Everton players were booked during the game at Goodison Park on that day.

In total Mark Halsey has taken charge of 18 Premier League games so far this season in which he has handed out 32 yellow cards and 5 reds.

Mr R Martin and Mr R J West will be Mark Halsey's assitants for the match at Goodison Park on Saturday afternoon.
