Blues have already had the pleasure of the Chester-based official refereeing one of their games so far this season as Mick Jones was the man in the middle for our Premier League home fixture against Blackburn Rovers on 15th December. Barry Ferguson and Cameron Jerome were both booked in our 2-1 win at St Andrews on that occasion.
Mick Jones has taken charge of 24 games so far this season in which he has handed out 83 yellow cards and 4reds.
Darren Cann and Mike Mullarkey will be Mick Jones' assistants for the game at Fratton Park on Tuesday night.
