Blues Team News ..

Stan Lazaridis is rated as 50/50 for a return to Steve Bruce's 16-man squad having missed the last three games with a hamstring injury picked up while on international duty with Australia. Midfielder Aliou Cisse is available for selection once again having served his one game ban for his sending-off in the cup tie at Sunderland. Damien Johnson plays his last game before he begins a one-game suspension for picking up five yellow cards this season.

Definately out are David Dunn who has a long-term hamstring injury and Jamie Clapham who contracted Shingles last week.

At the time of writing there is no news on the availability of striker Christophe Dugarry who was suspended for the midweek game against Middlesbrough but is still troubled by an ongoing knee injury.
