Davies, who never made a first team league appearance during his time at St. Andrew's, was snapped up by Bantams boss Nicky Law and immediately loaned out to Conference side Halifax Town.
The 20-year-old Australian, who was released by Blues boss Steve Bruce at the end of last season, has signed a two-year deal at Valley Parade.
