The on-loan Blues striker sustained a knee injury whilst appearing as a second half substitute for Denmark in their Euro 2008 qualifier against Northern Ireland in Copenahgen on Saturday night.
Bendtner has been forced to withdraw from the Danish squad for their match against Liechtenstein on Wednesday which must make him a serious doubt for Blues' trip to Kenilworth Road on Saturday.
