The Ecuador international striker, who missed the midweek defeat at West Ham having sustained an ankle injury in last weekend's home win against Wolves, has resumed first team training and could be in line for a return to the Blues attack for the Fifth Round tie at Pride Park obn Saturday afternoon.
"He trained this morning (Friday) and if there's no reaction he'll be available for selection," Blues boss Alex McLeish has confirmed.
