Ireland skipper Kenny Cunningham
Full-back Kenna got an international call-up after almost three years in the wilderness when Mick McCarthy named his Republic of Ireland squad to face the Swiss in Dublin next week.

Kenna's inclusion in that squad brings the total to 13 Blues players currently representing their countries at FULL international level.

Clinton Morrison, Kenny Cunningham (Republic of Ireland), Paul Devlin (Scotland), Damien Johnson (Northern Ireland ), Robbie Savage (Wales), Aliou Cisse (Senegal), Olivier Tebily (Ivory Coast), Jovan Kirovski (America), Stan Lazaridis (Australia), Stern John (Trinidad & Tobago), Tresor Luntala (Congo) and Darryl Powell (Jamaica) are the club's other current international players.

Add to that the players at the club currently representing their relative countries at Under 21 (Tony Capaldi), Under 20 (Darren Carter), Under 19 (Andrew Barrowman), Under 17 (Mat Sadler) and youth level (Clint Davies), and you can see the array of talent boss Steve Bruce as assembled at the club in his short time in charge.
