The FA Premier League (North) fixture had originally been scheduled to be played at Solihull Borough but has now been switched to St. Andrew's.
Keith Bertschin's side have not played a full league fixture since 10th December 2003 having had their last game against Middlesbrough away last week postponed after 40 minutes because of adverse weather in the north east.
The two fixtures pencilled in before the Boro game, against Bolton and Manchester Utd, were also postponed.
Blues' second string have already played Rovers away when, in their opening game of the season, they were beaten 3-0 at Christie Park .. view report
