Blues Reserves Face Sheffield Wednesday

Unbeaten in their last five Pontins Holidays Division One Central League fixtures, Keith Bertschins side could go top of the league with a win against The Owls second string tonight.

Blues Reserves are currently in second place in the league table but only on goal difference over tonights opponents. Both teams have 37 points from their 19 games played and are just two points behind table toppers Nottingham Forest, who have played a game more.

In the reverse fixture against The Owls at Damson Park earlier this season, Blues Reserves won 1-0 courtesy of a second half goal from the now departed Peter Till.

Kick-off at Hillsborough tonight is at 7pm.
