Keith Bertschin's second string will be looking to continue their winning start to the season following their 3-2 home win against Sunderland last week when they travel to Ewood Park to take on Glyn Hodges' side, who also began the season on a winning note with a 2-0 away win at Wigan.
In the corresponding fixture last season Blues Reserves left Lancashire with a share of the spoils after coming from two-goals down to earn a 2-2 draw, Sam Alsop and Peter Till the scorers back in March this year.
