Blues will travel to Old Trafford to tackle the Premier League title holders when the new Premier League season gets underway on the weekend of 15th /16th August.
The first home game of the season will be against Portsmouth on Tuesday, 18th August.
Other notable fixtures include the local derby matches against Aston Villa. The first of these will take place at St Andrews on 12th September, with the reverse fixture being played at Villa Park on 24th April.
Boxing Day see's Blues play FA Cup winners Chelsea at St Andrews.
Blues' final match of the season will be against Bolton Wanderers at The Reebok on Sunday, 9th May 2010.
