Blues striker back in favour

The Blues striker was named in the American side for their final Confederations Cup, Group B match against Cameroon in Lyon on Monday night.

Kirovski was missing from the USA side defeated 1-0 by Brazil in their second group B game on Saturday evening, although he did play in the 2-1 defeat to Turkey last Thursday.

The Blues forward played for 68 minutes against the Cameroons which ended 0-0.

The draw meant Cameroon won Group B and progressed to the semi-finals along with Turkey who beat Brazil 2-1 to finish in second place. USA are out of the competition and heading home.
