Bruce On Dugs

Gone but not forgotten
Dugarry has had his contract at St. Andrews terminated by mutual consent and Bruce said that the player that did so much for the club last season goes with his blessing.

"Over the last few weeks he's become increasingly frustrated with his niggling knee injury. Also, his family not being able to settle was, I think, the final straw," said the Blues boss.

"Because of this both parties decided to rip up the contract he had until the end of the season by mutual agreement.

"He goes with my good wishes. I'll never forget what he did last year for us almost single-handedly.

"He's probably the main reason why we're sitting where we are today."
