Blues rejected a close season bid for the Wales international midfielder from Everton and Savage has since signed a new three year deal at St Andrew's.
However, rumours resurfaced today that The Toffees are still keen on signing Savage but Bruce has assured Blues fans that he will NOT be moving to Everton.
"That won't happen, of that I'm absolutely positive," he told Sky Sports News.
