Bruce's six-year reign at St Andrew's has been constantly questioned in the media ever since the Hong-Kong based businessman outlined plans to take complete control of the club.

"I am meeting Mr Yeung and his people after the game on Saturday and we will see what develops but enough has been said publicly," confirmed Bruce.

"I don't want to talk about it at every press conference and let's just see how things go.

"I've got a good feeling for this place having been here eight years, if you include the two I had as a player, and I want to see the job through if possible.

"But the most important thing is that the club goes forward and we have seen the benefit at places like Aston Villa, Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool of overseas investment."
