Blues will be in the draw for the 2nd Round which takes place on Saturday, 26th August at 1.30pm.
The draw is being shown live on Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday programme.
Carling Cup 2nd Round ties, which will include the 12 Premiership teams not participating in European competitions this season, are to be played week commencing 18th September.
