Carter gets call-up

The Blues midfielder will travel to Norway with the 18-man squad for the finals, which run from Sunday July 21st to Sunday July 28th.

The tournament's top three teams win places in the FIFA World Youth Championships in the United Arab Emirates in March and England's Group B games are against Germany on Monday July 22nd , then Belgium two days later.

The under-19's complete their group games with a match against the Republic of Ireland on July 26th.
