Carter gets England under-20's call

The young midfielder, whose first team games for Blues last season came mainly from the substitutes bench, has been named in coach Les Reed's 20 man squad for the French tournament.

England have been drawn against Portugal, Argentina, Turkey and Japan in the first round of matches with the first game against Portugal taking place on 11th June in Nimes.
