Carter To The Baggies?

Carter has been unable to command a regular starting place in Steve Bruce's side and reports suggest he could be set for a move to The Hawthorns in the hope of securing regular first team football.

Todays newspapers claim that the 21-year-old Birmingham-born midfielder  will move to the Baggies for a fee of around a £1.8million.
