The game at Stamford Bridge, which was due to take place this Saturday, 26th February, will now be played on Wednesday, 20th April with a 7;45pm kick-off time.
The game has had to be rearranged because Blues will be in Carling Cup final action against Arsenal at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, 27th February.
