Cisse's Senegal Pull Out Of Friendly

The Senegalese Football Federation have informed the Algerian football authorities that they cannot honour the fixture, scheduled to have been played in Annaba on Wednesday 31st March, because of the sacking of coach Guy Stephan earlier this month.

Cisse, who is almost sure to figure in manager Steve Bruce's squad for the game with Leeds at St Andrews on saturday, will therefore not be amongst the host of Blues players on international duty next week.

Algeria, who had already announced their squad for the game, were hoping that Guinea would replace Senegal for the international friendly.
