The Blues left-back will play his first game since making a substitutes appearance in the 0-0 away draw against Manchester City on 8th February.
Other first team squad regulars included in the Blues line-up for the semi final tie are midfielders Aliou Cisse and Darren Carter.
The winners of the tie, which kicks-off at The Moorlands at 7.45pm, will face Wolves in the final.
