The midfielder was substituted 15 minutes from the end of Blues' game against Bolton last weekend with shin splints and it was feared he would miss the clash with the Foxes.
However, the club have confirmed that the problem is not as bad as first feared and that Clem will be included in manager Steve Bruce's squad for the game against Micky Adams' side.
David Dunn, Jamie Clapham and Darren Purse are all ruled out because of injury whilst Damien Johnson is serving a one game ban for collecting five booking this season.
