The Blues pair have been named in manager Brian Kerrs 24-man squad for the games against Cyprus at Lansdowne Road on Saturday, September 4th and then against Switzerland in Basle on Wednesday September 8th.

Whether Morrison will be fit in time for the two games is in doubt as he picked up a knee injury while on international duty with the Republic of Ireland last week forcing him to miss Blues last two league fixtures against Chelsea and Manchester City.

Scans have revealed that he has soft tissue damage and is unlikely to figure in Blues next game against Tottenham at White Hart Lane on Saturday.
