Woodhouse was arrested in Cardiff after Blues lost to Liverpool in the Final at The Millennium Stadium.
This was Woodhouse's third visit to Cardiff Crown Court following two adjournments.
Blues General manager John Benson told the club's official website: "We are pleased that the case has finally been concluded because it has been dragging on for some time.
Curtis can now concentrate fully on the forthcoming season and he will be joining up with the rest of the squad in Scotland on Tuesday."
