The game, which was abandoned last weekend because of a frozen pitch at Bloomfield Road, will now be played on Saturday, 24th January with a 3pm kick-off time.
That particular weekend is when FA Cup 4th Round tie's are to be played but both side's were knocked out at the 3rd Round stage - Blackpool at Crystal Palace and Blues against Wolves.
