The Bluebirds have confirmed that they have agreed a £5million fee with Blues for the 26-year-old former Wycombe Wanderers centre-back. "We can officially confirm that we have come to a financial agreement with Birmingham City Football Club for the permanent transfer of Roger Johnson," read a statement on the official Cardiff website.
