Dugarry suffered a knee injury in his last Blues start against Newcastle in the Asia Cup in Kuala Lumpur and hasn't figured in the last two pre-season fixtures since.
"Christophe's knee is sore and he has had a family bereavement," Blues boss Steve Bruce told the Birmingham Evening Mail.
"We don't expect his knee to be causing any real concern but certainly I wouldn't think we'd be playing him on Saturday."
