Dugarry, who is struggling with a knee injury anyway, has accummulated five yellow cards for the season which carries an automatic one game ban whilst Cisse's last minute dismissal in the FA Cup fifth round tie against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light for a second bookable offence also warrants an automatic one game ban.
Both suspensions commence on the 14th day following the match with Sunderland so both players will not be available for team selection when Blues take on Boro at St. Andrews in the re-arranged game on Wednesday, 3rd March.
