Reports are suggesting that Blues have already held preliminary talks with the 21-year-old AZ Alkmaa midfielder about a possible loan move to St Andrews.
Agustien, however, is supposedly sidelined with a groin injury so any immediate tarnsfer for the Holland Under-21 international is likely to be delayed until he has recovered from injury.
