The draw will take place, immediately after the game between Scunthorpe United and Manchester City, at approximately 6pm and can be seen live on ITV1.
Blues booked their place in the draw for the 5th Round with a 2-1 win at Everton.
Fifth round ties will be played on the weekend of 13th/14th February.
