The 20-year-old forward, who has recently turned his loan spell at Layer Road into a season long deal, was rewarded for a fine performance in The U's FA Cup first round victory over Oxford United last saturday.
Fagan has so far played in 19 games for the Essex side, four of those from the subs bench, scoring three times but being yellow-carded an amazing seven times!
