The Blues striker has not been included in Jyrki Heliskoski's squad for the match in Helsinki on November 12th. The Finland coach has named an experimental squad and rested several of his regular players.
Heliskoski came in for criticism from Blues boss Steve Bruce for playing Forssell in both of Finland's World Cup qualifiers last month even though the Finns could not qualify for the finals in Germany next year.
