Fry having second thoughts on Woodhouse

Woodhouse has been named in Peterborough sides for their pre-season friendlies programme, but because of injury as yet to complete a full ninety minutes, leaving Fry undecided as to whether to make a move to loan the player.

'Woodhouse played for Birmingham on Thursday night at Hereford United. I have spoken to Blues boss Steve Bruce and I have spoken to their chairman, it is just a matter of whether Curtis feels he is fit enough to play for us.

"It is no good us signing a player on-loan if they are not fit enough to play two or three games a week," the former Blues boss told the Peterborough official website.

"Once the season starts it is tough going because we have Saturday, Wednesday, Saturday matches. Unless people can play those games then it is pointless us bringing them to London Road, it would just be a waste of time."
