The charges relate to their celebrations in front of the Blues fans in the Railway End of the ground after Fulhams second goal of the game on 22nd January.
A number of Blues fans vented their anger about the manner of the celebrations following the game which Fulham won 2-1.
The pair have until March 1st to respond to the charges.
